My name is Kevin Hale, and I’m a proud small business owner right here in Milford, NH, located at 1 Nashua Street Unit A. Since opening the Kevin Hale State Farm Agency, my focus has always been on helping customers feel confident about the insurance decisions they’re making to protect the people and things that matter most to them. I believe it’s important that customers understand the coverages they have in place and how those coverages connect to their own situations, whether that involves preparing for everyday driving, protecting a home, or looking ahead for their family.

Insurance can feel overwhelming at times, and that’s where my role comes in. I work closely with customers to simplify the process, explain options clearly, and make sure nothing feels rushed or confusing. Being available when people need guidance is something I take seriously, and helping customers is still my favorite part of the job.

My journey with State Farm began in 2018, when I started as a team member serving customers throughout the state of New Hampshire. That experience shaped how I approach customer service today and gave me a strong foundation in understanding the needs of local communities. At our agency, we help customers with auto insurance for life on the road, homeowners insurance, condo insurance and renters insurance for protecting where you live, business insurance for small business owners, and life insurance and health insurance to help families prepare for the future. If you’re local, I’d love for you to stop by the office and say hello to our office dog, Brady. We proudly serve Southern New Hampshire communities including Milford, Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Merrimack, Litchfield, Bedford, Nashua, Salem, Manchester, and surrounding areas. When you’re ready, feel free to stop in, call, or connect with me to talk through your insurance needs and see how we can work together.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What's an effective way to get car insurance quotes?

A: Getting car insurance quotes is simple—you can start online, over the phone, or by working with a local agent. Quotes are typically based on factors like your vehicle, driving history, and coverage preferences, helping you explore options that fit your needs.

Q: How soon can I get insured for my car?

A: In many cases, coverage can start the same day you decide to move forward. We can help you get set up quickly so you're covered and ready to go.

Q: What kind of insurance do I need for a leased vehicle?

A: Leased cars typically require liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage, and the leasing company may need to be listed on your policy.

Q: What exactly is renters insurance and how does it work?

A: Renters insurance is a simple way to help protect your personal belongings and provide liability coverage while you're renting. Since your landlord's policy typically covers the building itself, this type of coverage is designed to help protect you and the things you own.

Q: How does life insurance work at a basic level?

A: Life insurance is a way to help take care of the people you love financially. It can provide support to your beneficiaries to help cover things like everyday expenses, debts, or future needs, depending on the coverage you choose.

Q: Is homeowners insurance required?

A: Homeowners insurance requirements can vary depending on your state and situation, but most lenders will require it if you have home financing. Even when it's not required, many homeowners choose to carry coverage to help protect their home and financial well-being from unexpected events.
