Kevin Hale

My name is Kevin Hale, and I’m a proud small business owner right here in Milford, NH, located at 1 Nashua Street Unit A. Since opening the Kevin Hale State Farm Agency, my focus has always been on helping customers feel confident about the insurance decisions they’re making to protect the people and things that matter most to them. I believe it’s important that customers understand the coverages they have in place and how those coverages connect to their own situations, whether that involves preparing for everyday driving, protecting a home, or looking ahead for their family.

Insurance can feel overwhelming at times, and that’s where my role comes in. I work closely with customers to simplify the process, explain options clearly, and make sure nothing feels rushed or confusing. Being available when people need guidance is something I take seriously, and helping customers is still my favorite part of the job.

My journey with State Farm began in 2018, when I started as a team member serving customers throughout the state of New Hampshire. That experience shaped how I approach customer service today and gave me a strong foundation in understanding the needs of local communities.
